ORDER CONDITIONS

  1. Order and Payment must be made before 15:00 ONE day before the delivery date.
  2. For orders to be delivered on Saturday/Monday, please make sure the payment transfers are made by Friday 15:00 at the latest.
  3. Same-day order is only available for Pick-Up on weekday.
  4. Delivery is available Mon-Sat from 10:00 to 18:00.

 

Order online (available 24/7)

  • Choose the TYPE (currently only Fromage available ) and the quantity
  • Click ORDER
  • Fill in the form
  • After placing the order, you will receive a contact from our Sales staff regarding the payment and delivery in earliest office hour.

 

Order by Whatsapp/SMS (available weekday 9:00-17:00)
Please send a message with the following information

  1. Name
  2. Phone number
  3. Delivery address
  4. Delivery date
  5. Cake type / quantity

After placing the order, you will receive a contact from our sales staff regarding the payment and delivery.

 

Payment
At the moment, we only accept bank transfer for the payment.
Please inform our sales when the transfer is completed.

Cancellation and Changes in order instruction

  • Cancellation is only accepted before the payment
  • Any changes in the order can only be accepted before 15:00 ONE day before the delivery date

 

Delivery in Jakarta
Delivery is available Mon-Fri 10:00-18:00, Sat 10:00-13:00. Free delivery to one location for every purchase of Rp 500.000 and more, except for purchase of La Lune and Le Ciel gift set where there is a delivery fee of Rp 50.000 regardless, and purchase of Le Soleil gift set where there is a delivery fee of Rp 100.000 regardless.

 

Delivery outside Jakarta

  • Please note that delivery outside Jakarta is limited to “baked” goods (cookies / financier) with minimum order of two products.
  • Delivery cost is per box price. 1 box fits maximum of 4 products.
  • Tariff is according to Tiki depending on shipping destination.
  • We only use “Express delivery” to ensure freshest quality
  • Delivery time is 3-4 working days from the order

* Please note we rely on Tiki to provide delivery services so we cannot guarantee delivery times and condition.
* Delivery to remote areas or in holiday seasons may take longer.

 

Delivery Status
Once shipping has been placed, you will receive a message from our customer service with Air Way Bill number, which can be used to check delivery status on tiki.id

 

Product expiry
Since we use no-additive ingredients, our product have expiry date of 2-3 weeks.
*Please note that depending on the condition of shipment, product might arrive with less than 1 week of expiry date.

 

No refund / replacement policy
Please note that once product has been placed for shipment, no refund and replacement is allowed.

  • Free pick up your order at our kitchen in Pondok Indah.

Return policy
Due to the highly sensitive nature of the cake, please note that the quality of the cake might be affected by the surrounding temperature. In case of defective product, please send photos of the products and contact us within 2 days after the delivery.
