The Lotus Biscoff cake are sweet in flavor, giving off slight hints of coffee like flavors and aroma. Furthermore, it has a silky texture and tastes of rich brown sugar and caramel. The cake has a spongy texture, is made from Biscoff Mousse, and is topped off with Lotus Biscoff Cookies.
