Small Progress is still A Progress
Instead of thinking about and setting goals that you probably will give up with in a short time, try to focus on the small changes that will have the most effective impact on your daily habits. Try to get up early. If you are not a morning person, try going to bed 30 minutes earlier than you normally do.
Stay hydrated is really important for your health. Your body depends on water to survive, make sure you bring your water bottle next to you. Your urine color can be an indicator if you’re hydrated or well hydrated. Remember to drink your water and set your goals at least 2 liters per day.
Forgiving yourself before New Year
We might make mistakes and some of us couldn’t even bare to forget about it. We are human and it’s normal to make some mistakes as long we try to fix our mistakes. Our mental health is very important, so don’t forget to make peace with ourselves. Keep moving forward, 2021 is going to be a really big year for us to start a new journey.
