Let’s celebrate International Women’s Day 2022! 💜💚🤍
It’s a new year, a fresh start. Let’s forge a gender-equal world for a sustainable tomorrow.
These past few years have been a challenge for us all. Especially for women and girls out there. Because of the pandemic, climate change, and less access to basic human rights. Women and girls are now struggling to cope with the occupational hazards indoors and outdoors, and also the physical and mental stress. Not to mention the gender inequality problem that limits both their potential and capacity to be the actor of climate action.
Every 8 March, we celebrate International Women’s Day. Where we encourage women worldwide to achieve gender equality and create a sustainable tomorrow. If we stick together and mutually support one another. We can be stronger 💪, we can elevate our voice, and our actions can be recognized. This year’s theme for International Women’s Day 2022 is “Gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow”. We believe that it’s not too late to make some changes for a better future!
A gender-equal world for a sustainable tomorrow won’t be realized if we don’t start now. It’s time we take action and empower women because they are the agent of change! Let’s celebrate and take a call for action!
Get involved in a program or campaign
Climate change is considered one of the greatest challenges we’ve seen these past few years, it’s not just affecting nature, but also the society, culture, and economic sector. As we know, women are more vulnerable than men because we often see women live in poverty. We know the majority of them struggle with life and fieldwork while being the head of the family when there are no men or father figures. They struggle a lot to have a good water quality because of the water pollution, and because of extreme weather, they can’t have or produce a better food quality.
But we can change that by being a decision-maker in our local community, or we can join a program to be an educator of climate change or entrepreneurs that innovate non-use material and turn them into something more useful. We can join an online or offline volunteer/campaign to make this world a better place for future generations. Together we can #BreakTheBias
Mutual support to other women out there
We can support the hard-working women and girls out there. By sending them a thank-you card, supporting their foundation, or giving them a treat to encourage and remind them that we always had their back!
Regardless of your gender, age, region, culture, etc. We can all make a change, and you can start with your local community to join a world organization. Because together, we can create a sustainable world for our future generations.
“We need to live in a culture that values and respects and looks up to idolize women as much as men.”
