- Order can be made through our website and WhatsApp Order. (connect to Official WhatsApp)
- Our Customer Service (connect to WhatsApp) staff can assist you with WhatsApp orders from 09.00-18.00 WIB.
- Order must be made before 15.00 WIB ONE day before the delivery date (Website orders only).
- Some of our products need pre-confirmation on availability. Please ask us before the order.
- Payment
- We accept credit cards and bank transfers for the payment.

- Delivery
- Delivery is available daily at 10.00-18.00 WIB. Same-day delivery is only available for WhatsApp orders.
- Due to the fragility of our products, we limit delivery area to Jakarta & Tangerang Selatan. The fee applies depending on the area of delivery.
- Delivery time can be requested, however, exact time cannot be guaranteed. Please request enough buffer.
- Delivery Outside Jakarta
For delivery outside Jakarta, you can contact our customer service. We’re currently limited to baked goods only with a minimum order of two products and the following notes:

- Delivery cost varies according to size/weight and destination.
- We only use Express Delivery to ensure our product is still in good condition.
- You will receive your Air Way Bill number from our customer service once your order is dispatched.
- We are not liable for any delay on goods receipt, quality of our products upon receipt, or losses caused by third-party shipping company.
- Product Information
- Our products are made with no added preservatives.
- Wording on choco plaque is available on 16cm cakes (3 words) and 20cm cakes (4 words). Sugar paper is available at an extra charge.
- For 16cm cakes, wording is limited to specific cakes, but you can add a writable topper.
- Cakes have a shelf life of 2-3 hours at room temperature and 3-4 days when refrigerated.
- Baked goods have a shelf life of 3-4 weeks at room temperature.
- To maintain quality during delivery, cakes are shipped frozen to prevent melting.
- Serving Suggestion

- Please thaw the cake for 20-30 minutes before enjoying.
- If not consuming immediately, refrigerate the cakes upon receipt.
- Always ensure the expiration date / serving suggestion on each product description.
- Any product-related complaints are accepted within 24 hours of receipt.
*For deliveries outside Jakarta, the product may arrive with less than a week remaining on the expiry date.

- No refund and no exchange are allowed once the product has been placed for shipment.
- Due to the sensitive nature of our cakes, please note that the quality of the cake might be affected by the surrounding temperature. In case of a product defect, please send photos of the products as proof to our customer service within 24 hours of receipt.
