  • Some of our products need pre-confirmation on availability. Please ask us before the order.

Delivery

Our delivery is available 10:00-18:00 daily.

  • Due to the fragility of product, we limit delivery area to Jakarta & Tangerang Selatan.
  • Please note that we have limited slot for the delivery.
  • Delivery time can be requested, however, please be noted that exact time cannot be guaranteed. Please request with enough buffer.
  • Fee applies depending on area as below:
    • Jakarta Selatan: 30.000
    • Jakarta Pusat: 40.000
    • Jakarta Barat: 40.000
    • Jakarta Timur: 50.000
    • Jakarta Utara: 55.000
    • Tangerang Selatan: 55.000
    • Depok baru, Cinere, Margonda dan sekitarnya: 65.000
    • Bekasi Selatan Jatiasih, Jatimakmur, Kodau, Komsen, Pondok gede: 75.000
Delivery outside Jakarta

For Delivery outside Jakarta, please contact our customer service. It is currently limited to  “baked goods” with a minimum purchase of two products. Please note the followings:

  • Delivery cost varies according to size/weight and destination.
  • We only use “Express delivery” to ensure our product is still in good condition
  • Once your order is dispatched,  you will receive a message from our customer service with your Air Way Bill number, to track the delivery status on tiki.id

*Please note that we outsource our courier to Tiki therefore we are not liable for any delay on goods receipt, quality of our products upon receipt or losses caused by third party shipping company or affiliates. NO refund/exchange policy on these unfortunate cases.

Product Expiry

We would like to ensure you and your loved ones are receiving our products in best quality.
Please note the following information:

  • Cakes have a shelf life of 3-4 days in chilled condition.
  • Baked goods have a shelf life  of 3-4 weeks in room temperature
  • Ensure the expiry date / serving suggestion on each product description

*For outside deliver, depending on processing time of the shipment, product received might have less than 1 week of expiry date.

Cancellation and changes

Cancellation is only accepted before payment is made.

Any changes in the order can be made only before 15:00 a day before the scheduled delivery date.

No Refund & No exchange

Please note that once product has been placed for shipment, no refund and no exchange is allowed.

Return Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of our cake series, please note that the quality of the cake might be affected by the surrounding temperature. In case of a defect in product, please send photos of the products as proof  and please contact our customer service within 24 hours upon receipt.
