Tiramisu is a coffee-flavored Italian dessert. It is typically made from ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavored with cocoa. However, we at DORÉ by LeTAO wanted to remake this masterpiece, turning it into a cake for everyone to enjoy. We at DORÉ by LeTAO are proud to present, our newest and most delicious, Tiramisu Pudding!

The Beginning

This Tiramisu Pudding follows a tried-and-true formula that has helped us create all our other masterpieces: find a flavor that everyone likes and layer it with the softest, most creamy, and most delicious layers of cake imaginable. This cake starts off with some chocolate sponge cake to ensure the sweetness and silkiness of the texture at the first bite. Thin slices of vanilla pudding and caramel jelly are then placed above the sponge cake to add a chewy and bouncy sensation, making it more enjoyable to consume.

The Middle

The two layers are then covered with Mascarpone Mousse, a classic ingredient in Tiramisu, and a soft Italian acid-set cream cheese. Covering all the layers before it, the Mascarpone Mousse gives the cake a slightly tangy and salty taste. That and its creamy texture merge together to mix perfectly to produce light tastes of joy.

The Ending

The final three layers of the Tiramisu Pudding are another chocolate sponge cake, covered with Chantilly Crème and Chocolate and Coffee Powder. The extra layer of chocolate sponge cake marks the end of the cake and is topped off with soft, foamy cream, as well as sweet and odourful powder. All in all, it’s the distinct and individual elements of the Tiramisu Pudding that make it so wonderful, each element exuding just enough flavor to complement each other perfectly.
