It can help us to control our cravings for the day and it does play a role in our weight loss. There isstudy that involved 193 obese adults divided into two groups. The first group gets to eat a big breakfast of around 600 calories meanwhile, the other group eats a small breakfast of around 300 calories. The result showed that the first group can lose weight more consistently than in the second group. HOWEVER, it does help our weight loss journey but if you eat too much sugar and especially unnatural can increase cravings for sweets and far past sugar intake for a day.


To conclude, breakfast is really important for your health benefits and weight loss. You can have desserts as your breakfast but need to pay attention to the sugar level!
